
If you want to maintain these folders as the default for your profile which would be where the "default contact/calendar" folders are going to be stored then go toįile -> Account Settings -> Data File tab -> highlight the PST file you jut added -> set it as the default Open & Export -> Open Outlook Data File. With help from the Community, I was able to move my Outlook calendar from the old computer that used Office 2010 to the new one that uses Office 365 by downloading my Outlook data file to a pst file and then importing it into Office 365.BUT, my contacts didn’t show up in Office 365, only the calendar. I use Windows 10, I don’t use the Cloud, and have never used Office 2010 to send or receive emails. Can I simply copy my Outlook1backup.pst file from my old computer into the new computer and have the calendar and contact list copied onto the new computer? Will that bring over my contacts to Office 365? Maybe the contact list was imported with my calendar into Office 365, but I don’t see it or know where to look. I assume that the contacts were stored in the same Office 2010 Outlook data file with my calendar, but I don’t know.
